Joe Manning and the Lewis Hine Project
Joe Manning and the Lewis Hine Project
This week we are taking a look at the Lewis Hine Project that focused on the child labor of the early 1900’s. Joe Manning who runs http://www.morningsonmaplestreet.com is joining me with the discussion of Mr. Hine and also a “Lewis Hine Project” of his own. Joe has been searching, finding and telling the stories of the children Lewis Hine photographed. Be sure to go by www.morningsonmaplestreet.com for other great information, rememberances and writings by Joe Manning.
This has been a project that I have been wanting to do since OHP started, I am excited about this show and I hope you will take something away from this program and have a look back into those faces of the past. Check out OHP’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/McDonough-GA/Our-History-Project/95325068946?ref=ts as I will be posting photos all week long. While your there become a fan.

We are updating
In March of this year we have moved servers and are in the process of moving all of our audio over to our own. It was due to excessive rising cost and the lowering of service that prompted this move. Please bear with us as we make this transition. If there is a show you are looking for and do not see here as of yet, feel free to contact us and we can get you a direct download link.
