Our History Project - 04-25-09 - Aaron Cadieux - King Philip's War

The First Patriot - Aaron Cadieux - Big Operation Production

Film Maker and Screen Writer Aaron Cadieux (web site) bring us the first part in a riveting tale of our American beginnings. Aaron and I take you from the Pilgrims to 1675 when King Philips War begins. The bloodiest war per capita still to date. We will try our best to finish up next week. Folks, this is what Our History Project is about - Preservation and Education - and this is why we are here. I want to personally thank Aaron for his time, dedication and knowledge.

This is a war that set the precedence with the Native Americans that continued for more than 200 more years.

Visit with us, on a time in history that is mostly lost from our heritage and history books. This is a story that every American needs to know, however over 90% do not.

A complete Biography on Aaron can be found on Our History Project - Authors Corner.

American Digger Magazine

Butch Holcombe joined us again for a laugh and some knowledge. He has agreed to be here on a weekly basis with American Digger. Speaking of which, we need a title for the segment and Butch along with American Digger Magazine has offered a 1 year subscription to the magazine for the one who names the segment (listen to the show for details on this, there are a few).

New happenings for Our History Project

As the next phase of Our History Project family we bring to you the Our History Project - Authors Corner and the Our History Project - Book Review. We are in the process of completing these and they will entail more than just books. Give them a visit to find out more.

We at Our History Project are working on a Fund Raising Packet to not only support us but give you, your organization, church or group the added benefit raising money for your cause as well. (details coming soon)

We are updating

In March of this year we have moved servers and are in the process of moving all of our audio over to our own. It was due to excessive rising cost and the lowering of service that prompted this move. Please bear with us as we make this transition. If there is a show you are looking for and do not see here as of yet, feel free to contact us and we can get you a direct download link.
